This course teaches those in your organization how to identify and respond to mental health and substance use concerns. It is a great course for athletes (ages 18+), coaches, sport medicine professionals, administrators, and staff. Virtual and in-person options.

QPR (Question, Persuade, & Refer) is the most widely taught Gatekeeper Training in the world. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. Offered as a standalone course or with additional mental health content. Virtual or in-person.

VitalCog for Athletics (Staff & Student-Athletes) is an interactive course helping people understand their role in suicide prevention. Participants learn to build proactive factors & safety nets for athletes, identify risk factors & warning signs, & practice conversations related to suicide.

This workshop is for College & University Counseling Centers to help mental health professionals understand unique dynamics within the sport ecosystem. Participants will learn about factors impacting performance, mental health, & well-being. APA CE credits available.

We provide virtual performance psychology services to collegiate teams in any PsyPact state and in-person workshops in ND & MN. Sessions can be focused on learning and implementing mental skills, developing team cohesion, and enhancing psychological safety.

We provide workshops and keynotes for departments/organizations focused on performance psychology and athlete mental health. These range from 1 hour, half-day (3-hour), or full-day (6 hour) sessions. Virtual and in-person options.

We provide program development services to collegiate institutions related to mental health and/or performance psychology. Organizations can contract with us to provide these services, or we can work with you to identify resources in your community.

We offer courses to help various stakeholders understand how to support collegiate student-athletes in their transition to retirement. Starting Fall 2024, we will also offer a 6-week transition to retirement course for student-athletes. These courses will be free for stakeholders in North Dakota.
