QPR (Question, Persuade, & Refer) is the most widely taught Gatekeeper Training in the world. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. Offered as a standalone course or with additional mental health content. Virtual or in-person.

VitalCog for Athletics is an interactive course helping athletic staff understand their role in suicide prevention. Participants learn to build proactive factors and safety nets for athletes, identify risk factors and warning signs, and practice conversations related to suicide.

This workshop is for College & University Counseling Centers to help mental health professionals understand unique dynamics within the sport ecosystem. Participants will learn about factors impacting performance, mental health, & well-being.

We provide virtual performance psychology services to collegiate teams in any PsyPact state and in-person workshops in ND & MN. Sessions can be focused on learning and implementing mental skills, developing team cohesion, and enhancing psychological safety.

We provide workshops and keynotes for departments/organizations focused on performance psychology and athlete mental health. These range from 1 hour, half-day (3-hour), or full-day (6 hour) sessions. Virtual and in-person options.
