    There is a strong correlation between workplace performance and romantic relationship satisfaction. Yet, most people are lacking the skills to have connected relationships.

    This 14-hour workshop is specifically curated to help participants strengthen emotional closeness, intimacy, and safety with their romantic partners.

    Skills learned in this workshop can also be applied to professional workplace relationships.

  • QPR (Question, Persuade, & Refer) is a program that works by teaching participants skills they can use when someone is experiencing a potential mental health crisis. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. It is the most widely taught Gatekeeper Training in the world.

    Although we recommend the course be held for 2 hours, we also offer a basic 1-hour certification course.

  • This workshop can be offered over the weekend (Friday evening through Sunday morning) or during the work week.

    To prioritize learning and impact, workshops are limited to 12 couples.

    Other professionals hand-picked by Dr. Jackson and trained in the workshop model may also provide individualized support to couples desiring this throughout the workshop.

Corporate Mental Health Training & Certifications

  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in adults ages 18 and over.

    The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it builds mental health literacy, providing an action plan that teaches people to safely and responsibly identify and address a potential mental health or substance use challenge. This course is offered both virtually and in-person.

    The program builds a case for suicide prevention in business and corporate settings while promoting help-seeking and help-giving.

  • Erin Haugen, PhD, LP, CMPC, is a leading mental health expert. She has facilitated in-person and virtual mental health trainings for 15+ years. She has trained and certified hundreds of individuals in mental health and suicide prevention programs within of healthcare, sport, and corporate spaces.

    Dr. Haugen has worked with the State of North Dakota, Department of Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division on mental health and suicide prevention initiatives since 2021.
