Corporate Mental Health Training & Certifications

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in adults ages 18 and over.
The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it builds mental health literacy, providing an action plan that teaches people to safely and responsibly identify and address a potential mental health or substance use challenge. This course is offered both virtually and in-person.
Our instructors are also certified in several specialty modules, and the below modules are only available in person:

QPR (Question, Persuade, & Refer) is a program that works by teaching participants skills they can use when someone is experiencing a potential mental health crisis. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. It is the most widely taught Gatekeeper Training in the world.
Although we recommend the course be held for 2 hours, we also offer a basic 1-hour certification course.

VitalCog is designed to help workplaces appreciate the critical need for suicide prevention while creating a forum for dialogue and clinical thinking about workplace mental health challenges.
The program builds a case for suicide prevention in business and corporate settings while promoting help-seeking and help-giving.
