Workshops & Keynotes for Sport Ecosystems

We provide workshops and keynotes for athletic departments and sport-focused organizations centered on performance psychology and mental health in sport. Although we discuss athlete mental health, we strongly believe in whole system health, so our sessions are applicable to all stakeholders

We offer keynotes (1 hour) and workshops (half-days are 3 hours; full days are 6 hours). Virtual and in person options; virtual sessions tend to be more cost-effective for organizations, whereas in person sessions tend to have a greater impact.
